A new two-storey commercial building at 599A Colombo Street, in the Christchurch CBD. The build combines a precast concrete structure with extensive structural steel for a strong, durable frame, polished concrete floors for a clean finish, and an aluminium and glass facade for a modern street presence. Each floor offers approximately 90m² of flexible commercial space, around 180m² in total.
